1. WE GUARANTEE PROMPT MAINTENANCE SERVICE, OR WE
WILL REBATE YOUR RENT.
When you rent an apartment home from us, you will
receive Champions Cove's promise in writing. This guarantees
that, so long as Wind River Company manages your
apartment community, we will fix the most common problems
you might have with your home within just 48 hours
after you report the problem. For example, if your
air conditioner breaks, we guarantee to fix it within
48 hours. If the problem is not fixed within
the time promised, we will rebate your rent from the
day after you report the problem to the day we have
it fixed.
2. WE GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION BEFORE YOU MOVE
IN.
Before you move into one of our apartments, we send
a staff of professionals into the apartment to thoroughly
clean it and be sure everything works properly. But
we want you to look it over, too. We will even give
you a move in checklist to go by. If we miss something,
tell us about it. If you find any minor issue that
does not merit repair (a small spot on the carpet,
a tiny
chip in the tile), the General Manager will make note
of it in writing. So, when you move out of the apartment,
there is no risk of losing part of your security deposit.
3. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ATTENTIVE, RESPONSIVE,
CONSCIENTIOUS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
Champions Cove General Managers are some of the most
competent, professional, helpful people in the business.
Our goal is to hire people who are both capable
and personable. And we train our staff starting their
very first day. But it does not end there. We have
a continuing education program to keep them up-to-date
on the latest in management procedures and policies.
We also encourage our General Managers to be tested
and certified by the National Apartment Association.
4. WE WILL PROVIDE AN
EXTRA MEASURE OF THOUGHTFULNESS WITH EVERY APARTMENT
HOME WE RENT.
At Champions Cove,
instead of the conventional “spring latch” lock
found on most doors, we provide a dead-bolt lock
and a peephole for your convenience. We continually
monitor the exterior and common area lighting fixtures
to provide the most efficient and effective lighting
for our residents. Likewise, we have specifically designed
electronic entry doors into the common hallways and
limited access vehicle entry gates for your added peace
of mind.
5. OUR APARTMENT HOMES PROVIDE YOU WITH THE COMFORT
AND CONVENIENCE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
Floor plans at Champions Cove provide large
walk-in closets, wall-to-wall carpeting and large all
electric kitchens with all the most desired features.
Our exceptionally large floor plans make furniture
placement easier. And what a great location! Champions
Cove is convenient to shopping, dining, entertainment,
churches, medical facilities…what more could
you want? In addition, with few exceptions, the office
at Champions Cove is open 7 days a week to serve YOU!
6. YOUR NEW HOME.
Great emphasis has been placed on lifestyle. And materials
were used during construction that provide greater “sound
conditioning” to increase your privacy. Also,
new construction provides higher energy efficient windows,
more efficient air conditioning and heat,
which means lower electricity costs to you. In addition,
at Champions Cove you can enjoy the benefits of mature
landscaping. What a wonderful place to enjoy with friends!
7. WE WILL KEEP THE GROUNDS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND
WELL MAINTAINED.
When you live at Champions Cove, you can be sure the
property will be kept in championship condition. Not
only will we cut and trim the lawn areas
to make
certain the grounds are well manicured, we will make
certain that the walks and parking areas are swept
and the
social areas shine. We also provide regularly scheduled
trash removal at your door. Clubhouse hallways and
all common areas are also regularly cleaned to maintain
a higher standard.
8. WE WILL ADD EXTRA TOUCHES TO MAKE YOUR APARTMENT
A REAL HOME.
At Champions Cove we will provide amenities for our
residents that are rarely found at other apartment
communities, such as a community van and a dedicated
closed circuit television channel to tell you of daily
events
and plans at Champions Cove. We will also print newsletters
to inform you, not only what is happening at your community,
but what is happening around your town. We also have
planned social activities and a clubroom for your personal
enjoyment. You may even schedule your own private party
for that special occasion! What more could you ask
for in an apartment home?
9. PEST CONTROL SERVICE.
We protect your apartment home by providing necessary
extermination services.
10. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
PROGRAM.
We routinely change your A/C filter (to reduce
your electric bill by providing a more efficient home),
check faucets for leaks and your commode for proper
operation. We want you to live in your apartment home
trouble free. And each year we check all the elevators
and sprinkler systems to assure your personal enjoyment.
11. GOOD NEIGHBORS LIVE HERE!
In an effort to provide you with the best possible
neighbors, we require all prospects to fill out a comprehensive
application for living at Champions Cove. The information
on this Application is then verified through references
and credit records. All qualified prospects are then
given the opportunity to make this community their
home.
12. RESIDENT REFERRAL.
When you choose to live at Champions Cove and you
tell others, for every person you refer who signs
a lease, you will receive a special gift from management.
It is just another way we say “THANK YOU” for
living with us!
